Our permanent pods, harnesses and suspended platforms have been specially designed to be permanently installed on a building.
They are used to carry out curtain wall cleaning or maintenance work.
Combined with a suspension system (monorail, terrace trolley or davit arms), our motorized permanent suspended access solutions provide access to the entire facade.
To meet the architectural constraints of a high-rise building, we design and manufacture custom-made permanent suspended platforms with dimensions, colors and functionalities adapted to the needs of the building.
Many accessories can be combined with our entire permanent range, such as an aluminum sheet fairing, a removable tray for electrical cables, spring-loaded reels, telescopic support wheels, spotlights, rotating beacon, etc.

Permanent suspended platforms
Permanent suspended platforms, also called BMU (Building Maintenance Units), or even building maintenance units, are equipment designed for long-term use on specific buildings or structures. They are permanently integrated into the infrastructure and allow regular access to carry out maintenance and upkeep work (cleaning windows, curtain walls and atriums).
They can be associated with suspension systems such as monorail, terrace trolley or davit arm.
Our two permanent suspended platforms are both motorized with e.lift electric cable-lifting winches.
PERM 05 works with our e.lift 350 electric winch and PERM 15 with e.lift 501.
Permanent nacelles
Permanent suspended nacelles, also called BMU (Building Maintenance Units), fixed nacelle systems, or permanent maintenance units, are devices permanently installed on a building or structure. They are designed to provide secure and regular access to exterior parts, particularly for the maintenance and upkeep of facades.
Our permanent suspended nacelles are also used in industrial infrastructures.
We offer two models of permanent nacelles:
- Platform PERM 02B rectangular in shape,
- Platform PERM 02 trapezoidal in shape.
Permanent bosun chairs
Permanent suspended saddles, also called permanent suspension seats or fixed saddle systems, are devices designed to allow a person to work at height safely, with a fixed and durable installation on the building or structure. These systems are installed permanently and are intended for one-off interventions requiring rapid and light access.
The permanent individual harness PERM 06 is specially designed to carry out work in narrow accesses.
PERM 06 is intended to be permanently installed on a building.
The permanent fifth wheel is motorized with the e.lift 350 electric people lifting winch (three-phase or single-phase). PERM 06 uses only one electric winch for lifting people.
It can be suspended from monorail type suspension systems.
