FIXATOR designs personnel hoists for the lift operator market for duct development work, disassembly (elevator installations on construction sites), of maintenance (preventive, elevator shaftss and troubleshooting of devices) and for modernization work (modification and adaptation of installations to new user needs).
All our winches or hoists meet the safety requirements necessary for the elevator installer profession, and incorporate control and safety devices.
To meet the growing demand from independent elevator operators, FIXATOR® is constantly developing its winches and integrating numerous options into its products.
Major elevator manufacturers like THYSSENKRUPP, SCHINDLER, OTIS, KONE are users of people lifting winches Liftho which can be raised at varying speeds depending on your needs.
Our solutions can be standard or custom-made according to very precise technical specifications in order to perfectly meet your expectations according to the complexities of your site. Our team is at your disposal for further information if necessary.

Lifting loads in lift shafts
For the lifting work on the rails or in the machine room of the lift shaft, FIXATOR provides the LM range of site winches with lifting capacities from 90 to 500 kg direct pull or the LM VFD double-speed range for lifting fragile or bulky loads.
Unlike traditional scaffolding, which often requires several hours of assembly, an electric hoist can be installed in the shaft in a few minutes and requires no space: as it is suspended at the top, the cable is vertical, so all the space remains accessible for the installation of rails, motors and counterweights.
This reduces the overall cost of the project, reduces the fatigue of the installers and improves safety in the duct - an essential point for today's standards.
