Product description
The Moduleco modular suspended platform is a suspended workstation designed to carry out temporary or time-limited work during a worksite, maintenance or renovation phase, as opposed to permanent integrated installations or buildings (otherwise known as permanent suspended platforms BMU).
The Moduleco modular suspended platform is ideal for carry out high-rise façade works.
MODULECO is compatible with electric, manual and pneumatic winches (e.lift, m.lift and p.lift).

Use
The Moduleco modular suspended platform is used for all types of temporary work, such as..:
- Façade refurbishment;
- External thermal insulation;
- Window cleaning;
- Technical inspection;
- Spot repairs;
- Fitting joinery.
Thanks to its modularity, it can be up to 12 m long with load-bearing stirrups or 16 m long with goosenecks.
Necessary security checks
To be checked:
- Every day, the proper functioning of the mechanisms and emergency stop;
- Regularly, the condition of cables, fixings and structural elements;
- The safety of the suspension structure, and in particular that no counterweight has been removed;
- The plumbness of the platform with the hanging system;
- That there is no accumulation of snow, ice, debris or materials on the platform;
- That there are no obstacles on the facade;
- At the end of the work, the “decommissioning” is carried out.
