Hanging hooks - FIXATOR

Suspension hooks

Hooks are lifting and hanging devices used in various fields, including industrial lifting, handling and transporting loads. Here are the main types of hooks:

1. Fixed and semi-rotating hooks with safety latch

These hooks are equipped with a safety latch, which is a safety device preventing the load from accidentally coming loose.

  • Fixed hooks (eye) with safety latch :

    • The eye is fixed and does not move, which ensures constant load retention;
    • The eye is used for applications where stability is essential and rotation is not required.
  • Semi-rotating hooks with safety latch :

    • They allow some rotation under load, facilitating positioning;

    • The rotation axis is limited to prevent uncontrolled movements.

2. Fixed and semi-rotating self-locking hooks

These hooks have a self-locking mechanism, which prevents any involuntary unhooking once the load is suspended.

  • Fixed self-locking hooks :

    • They don't pivot and they ensure maximum security;

    • They are used for heavy loads requiring rigid fixing.

  • Semi-rotating self-locking hooks :

    • They can partially rotate to facilitate load orientation;

    • They are ideal for operations requiring a certain adjustment while guaranteeing optimal safety.

These different types of hooks are selected according to the specific handling and lifting needs of your suspended electric, manual or pneumatic winches, taking into account the required safety and maneuverability.
